This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Detailing Stockroom, a division of Soluvap Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

All sales are considered final unless otherwise approved in writing by the Company.

Due to the nature of our products, including automotive chemicals and professional-grade detailing products, returns are strictly controlled.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The product is in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

We reserve the sole right to determine whether a product meets return eligibility criteria.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Chemical products, liquids, or hazardous materials

  • Products classified as Dangerous Goods (including Limited Quantity)

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items

  • Special order or custom products

  • Products purchased under B2B or wholesale agreements (unless defective)


4. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require prior authorization.

To request a return:

  • Contact us at info@soluvap.com

  • Provide order number, product details, and reason for return

If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Returns must be shipped in compliance with all applicable regulations (including dangerous goods rules, where applicable)

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or damaged return shipments

  • Improperly declared or packaged returns


6. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, at our sole discretion.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Photos of the product

    • Photos of packaging

    • Description of the issue

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

We reserve the right to:

  • Replace the product

  • Issue a credit

  • Deny the claim if conditions are not met


8. Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection and approval

Deductions may include:

  • Restocking fees

  • Shipping costs

  • Any damages or missing components


9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered:

  • The customer is responsible for:

    • Return shipping charges

    • Original shipping costs

    • Any carrier fees

A restocking fee may also apply.


10. Business-to-Business (B2B) Orders

All B2B and wholesale orders are final and non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Verified product defects

  • Shipping errors caused by the Company

No returns will be accepted for:

  • Overstock

  • Slow-moving inventory

  • Customer purchasing errors


11. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Legal action to recover funds, fees, and damages


12. Compliance and Safety

Customers are responsible for:

  • Handling products safely

  • Complying with all applicable regulations (including dangerous goods transport)

  • Using products according to manufacturer guidelines

We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages


14. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
