How to Use

Step 1: Dilute

Add your chosen foam shampoo or pre-wash according to the manufacturer’s recommended dilution ratio. Use the bottle’s graduated markings or the included measuring jigger for accurate dosing.

Step 2: Connect

Securely thread the bottle onto the foam cannon head, then connect the cannon to your pressure-washer lance.

Before applying the product to the vehicle, briefly test the connection by spraying toward the ground. This confirms that the quick-release fitting or adapter is properly secured.

Step 3: Adjust

Rotate the front nozzle to set the desired spray width and use the rotating collar to select a horizontal or vertical fan pattern. Adjust the top dial to fine-tune the foam density.

Step 4: Apply

Apply an even layer of foam to the vehicle, working from the bottom upward for easier visual coverage.

Avoid applying foam excessively thick. An overly heavy layer may slide off the surface too quickly. For maximum dwell time, aim for rich, uniform coverage that remains on the vehicle.

Maintenance and Care

Flush After Every Use

Empty any remaining chemical solution and rinse the bottle thoroughly. Refill it with clean water and operate the foam cannon for at least 30 seconds to flush the internal filters and nozzle.

This helps prevent dried chemical residue, mineral buildup and premature corrosion.

Dry the Silicone Boot

Periodically remove the silicone boot and dry both the bottle and the inside of the cover completely before reassembling. This helps prevent trapped moisture, water spots and mould.

Maintain the Filters

A sudden reduction in foam density or a pulsing spray pattern may indicate debris or mineral buildup within the filtration system.

Follow the instructions in the supplied user manual when cleaning, servicing or replacing the internal filters.

Store Properly

Store the foam cannon empty in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight. Always rinse and dry it before long-term storage.

The innovative dual-thread connection accommodates both 70 mm and 28 mm bottle necks, allowing the foam cannon to connect directly to:

Triple-Filter Foam Technology

An advanced three-layer filtration system generates rich, dense and consistent foam. A high-density fibre filter is positioned between two tightly woven stainless-steel mesh filters to thoroughly blend the chemical solution with pressurized water.

The result is a uniform layer of foam designed to maximize coverage and dwell time.

Three-Way Precision Adjustment

Control every aspect of the application through three independent adjustments:

• Top adjustment dial (+/−): Controls the water-to-chemical ratio to fine-tune foam density
• Front nozzle: Widens or narrows the spray pattern
• Rotating nozzle collar: Changes the fan orientation from horizontal to vertical

Heavy-Duty Stainless-Steel Core

At the heart of the foam cannon is a high-grade, corrosion-resistant stainless-steel block designed for regular professional use. It is finished with a precision laser-engraved Labocosmetica logo for a clean, premium appearance.

Weighted Suction Line

The signature blue pickup hose features a weighted brass filter that follows the chemical solution to the lowest point of the bottle, even when the foam cannon is tilted.

This helps maintain consistent chemical pickup, reduce interruptions and use the remaining solution more efficiently.

Impact-Resistant Silicone Base

The included bottle is protected by a heavy-duty silicone boot featuring Labocosmetica’s signature ribbed design. It helps cushion the bottle on hard surfaces while improving stability and reducing the risk of accidental tipping.

Please note: The silicone boot is intentionally designed with a tight, secure fit so it remains firmly attached during use.
